General Terms and Conditions
- The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

The minimum age limit for drivers is 21 or 25 years of age depending on the vehicle category.
- You must present a valid driving license, issued at least two years ago. You must present proof of your identity (passport).
- An additional driver is permitted subject to the terms of the rental agreement at an extra charge.
Payment and deposit
- Rental charges are payable in advance by credit card (VISA, DINERS, MASTER CARD, AMEX) or cash. All rentals are subject to a deposit which will vary depending on the type of car and estimated length of rental.
Pick up & Drop off
- Pick up and drop off outside station and outside opening hours is possible for an extra charge. One way is possible (ask for details).
Extra Services
- Delivery and collection is free charge during office hours within 15 km of the renting station.
- Professional chauffeur services.
- Out of hours rentals.
- Additional equipment: baby seats, ski racks etc.
- One way rentals: rent a vehicle at one location and return it to any city.
- Transfers from Belgrade Airport to the desired destination.

Insurance
- All vehicles are insured against damage to a third party. All rates include insurance against damage (CDW) and insurance against theft (TP). Insurance is only valid if the damage or theft is reported to the police.The client must obtain a police report and a completed accident report. In case of theft it is obligatory to present the car keys and vehicle documentation.
The insurance does not cover any of the following cases:
* Damage to the roof, tyres, wheel covers or undercarriage;
* Damage to the interior of the car;
* Damage to the engine due to lack of oil;
* Damage caused due to negligent driving, if the driver was under influence of alcohol or drugs or if the vehicle was blasted, mined or intentionally burned;
* Damage caused by a person not listed as the additional driver in the rental agreement.
* Stolen or lost registration plates, car keys, registration certificate.
